Returns and Replacement Policy

  • Returns and Refunds Policy This Returns and Refunds Policy ("Policy") governs the return, replacement, exchange, cancellation and refund of products purchased from Tiron World ("we," "us," or "our"). At Tiron, customer satisfaction is a priority. This Policy has been framed to ensure that the issues concerning return, cancellation, refund and exchange are handled systematically with care and consideration. This Policy applies to all purchases made through our website (tironworld.com) and our authorized offline retailers. By purchasing from us, you agree to the terms outlined herein.

    1. Eligibility for Returns
  • 1.1. Timeframe: Products are eligible for return within 15 days from the date of delivery or purchase, provided they meet the conditions outlined below.

    1.2. Conditions for Returns:

    ● The product is physically damaged.

    ● Product is defective or not in a working condition. In instances of physical damage or defect in the product, the company may choose to initiate full refund and cover the handling and shipping costs of the return of the product.

    ● Wrong Product has been delivered.

    ● The product must be unused, unassembled, and in its original condition as before purchase.

    ● All original packaging, accessories, manuals, warranty cards, MRP tags and promotional items (if applicable) must be returned. In other words, the product should be returned as it was received.

    ● Proof of purchase, namely invoice or receipt, must be provided.

    ● The installation of the product has to be done only by the TIRON authorised service representative. For the purposes of this clause, installation includes opening of the product package.

    ● For the purposes of this clause, the eligibility of the product for return will only be verified and determined by the Company’s authorised service representative. Their decision regarding this matter shall be final and binding.

    1.3 Photographic Evidence: The Company may require the customer to furnish photographic evidence of the damage or defect in the product upon initiation of the return request.

    1.4 Discretion of the Company to verify and decide: Upon receiving a request for return, the company is at its discretion to verify and decide whether the product is eligible for return or not based on the policy outlined herein. For the purposes of verifying whether the product is eligible for return, the company may send its representative to the customer’s home to assess the damage and defect in the product.
    2. Non-Returnable Items
  • The following items are not eligible for return:

    ● If products are marked as "final sale" or "non-returnable" at the time of purchase.

    ● If products are received without invoice or packaging.

    ● If products are damaged due to misuse, improper handling or unauthorised repair.

    ● Consumables (e.g., filters, brushes) are not eligible unless found defective upon delivery.

    ● Products that have been used or have been installed.

    3. Process for Returns

    ● Upon registering a request with the customer care for a return, our service executive will be at your home to verify the product and check the product for its eligibility for return.

    ● If the product is found to be eligible for return, you will be provided with a new product in a couple of business days. ● In case the product is found defective or eligible for return during the installation process, the process for return will be initiated by our service executive and the return process will be followed henceforth.

    4. Cancellations
  • ● Orders can be canceled only before they are shipped.
    5. Warranty and Repairs
  • ● All our products are covered by a limited manufacturer warranty as per the terms in the warranty policy. Refer to our Warranty Policy for more details.

    ● Products requiring repair under warranty must be sent to our authorized service center. Contact Customer Support for assistance.

    ● In case of a product being replaced by following the return process, the warranty period shall not renew and shall be applicable from 15 days from the purchase of the original product or the installation of the original product.

  • Except for manufacturing defects, in no event shall the company be liable to the customer or any other person for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including any loss of property, personal injury, death, by use or operation of our Products. No claim shall be entertained by the Company for any loss arising out of damage or shortage of Products.
