I bought this machine in Trichy Ariyamangalam / Kattur Showroom located next to Kauveri Hospital as a gift for my sister. After I bought the machine I was told, I was the first customer who bought this model in whole Tamil Nadu.
According to my sister, the machine is cleaning the floor as expected, but the battery time is hardly 50 minutes per recharge. Her house is 2 BHK in addition to a pooja room and a dining room. Fortunately it covers these areas exactly in 50 minutes. The Sales Team advised me the battery will last for 2 hours before the machine returns for recharging. But it’s not the case. The recharging time according to the Sales Team was 4 hours, but in actual it’s about 6 hours. So basically the technical data they are showing are not matching. I spoke to the after sales service team a handful of times almost everyday after buying the machine, but none of them could help us out except some apology words from them. Believe me, whenever I called them they hesitated to return my calls. At times they even blocked my number. I even thought of returning the machine to them as it doesn’t work as per the specifications. Finally they gave us one year free extended warranty. It’s a little bit bitter experience for me. I would suggest that, if you wish to go for a higher end model, please go with Samsung or any other leading brands. Thanks. Radhakrishnan, Perth, Australia.

i had experience of last two years i was using another brand i would say that all workable but not secure like tiron best service giving and i am using this product last one month its better compared to others which i used in every parameter i experience tiron is best vacuum cleaner and best home cleaner .
