Terms and Conditions

1.      Introduction 

1.1.  VEE YSS Lifestyles Robotics Private Limited (“Tiron”) is a is a private limited company formed with the intention of expediting the cleaning revolution in Indian homes, which inter alia markets and sells [robot vacuum cleaners, hand cleaners and other domestic electronics (the “Products”) through its web portal https://tironworld.com/(the “Portal”). Capitalised terms used but not defined in these Terms and Conditions shall have the meanings ascribed to them in Tiron’s Privacy Policy (the “Privacy Policy”), the latest version of which is available at [https://tironworld.com/pages/privacy-policy].

1.2.  These Terms and Conditions apply to all users of the Portal (the “Users”). By registering on, browsing, using or accessing any part of the Portal, the Users agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as the Privacy Policy and all other additional or modified terms and conditions and policies in relation to the Portal or any current or future services that may be offered by Tiron. If at any time the Users do not accept or agree to any or all of these Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy and all other additional or modified terms and conditions and policies in relation to the Portal or any current or future services that may be offered by Tiron, they should not access the Portal. Accepting these Terms and Conditions by registering on, browsing, using or accessing any part of the Portal will constitute a legal contract between the User and Tiron. Any User who is “incompetent to contract” within the meaning of the Indian Contract Act, 1872 including minors, un-discharged insolvents etc. is not eligible to use the Portal. Only individuals who are eighteen (18) years of age or older may use the Portal or purchase the Products.

1.3.  These Terms and Conditions were posted on 25/06/2025. Tiron reserves the right to periodically review, update, change or replace any part these Terms and Conditions as it may consider appropriate. Any changes to these Terms and Conditions will be posted on this page and where appropriate, notified to Users by e-mail. Any Users’ continued usage of the Portal after such changes constitutes their consent to such changes. Users are encouraged to check these Terms and Conditions regularly so as to be aware of modifications, if any.

2.      Use of the Portal and Account Registration

2.1.  Tiron permits all its Users to access and view certain portions of the Portal without registration. Users may purchase Products and access the Portal by opening an account on the Portal. The User’s membership is limited to the purpose and is subject to the acceptance of and adherence with these Terms and Conditions. So long as the User abides by and accepts these Terms of Service, Tiron grants such users a non-transferrable, limited, non-exclusive and revocable privilege to register an account on and use the Portal. 

2.2.  Tiron, at its sole and absolute discretion and without any notice to the Users, reserves the right to restrict, suspend or terminate any account or access to the Portal temporarily or permanently (i) if any information provided during the registration process or thereafter proves to be inaccurate, not current or incomplete; and/or (ii) if the Users are found to be non- compliant with these Terms and Conditions. 

2.3.  In order to create an account or purchase the Products, Users are required to accurately provide the following information:

2.3.1.  Full Name;

2.3.2.  Phone Numbers;

2.3.3.  E-mail address;

2.3.4.  Delivery/billing address;

2.3.5.  Password;

2.3.6.  Gender; and

2.3.7.  Date of birth.

2.4.  The Users agree to provide accurate, current and complete information during the registration process and to update such information so as to keep it accurate, current and complete. 

2.5.  On registration, each User will receive a password-protected account and log in information It shall be the responsibility of the User to treat their log in information, password and any other information that is provided by Tiron, as part of the security procedures, as confidential and not disclose the same to any person or entity other than Tiron. Each User is solely responsible for all activities that occur under their account.

2.6.  Tiron may, at its sole and absolute discretion:

2.6.1.  restrict, suspend, or terminate any User’s access to all or any part of the Portal;

2.6.2.  change, suspend, or discontinue all or any part of the Portal;

2.6.3.  reject, move, or remove any material that may be submitted by a User;

2.6.4.  deactivate or delete a User’s account and all related information and files on their account; and

2.6.5.  assign its rights and liabilities with respect to all User accounts hereunder, to any entity.

2.7.  Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, the Users acknowledge and agree that they shall have no ownership or other interest in their account, and further acknowledge and agree that all rights in and to their account are and shall forever be owned by and inure to the benefit of Tiron.

 

3.      User Conduct and Representations 

3.1.  The Users hereby undertake and confirm that they:

3.1.1.  agree to ensure that they can receive all communication from Tiron by marking e-mails from Tiron as part of their ‘safe senders’ list. The Users also consent to receiving communications such as announcements, administrative messages and advertisements from Tiron or any of Tiron’s partners, licensors or associates;

3.1.2.  shall not to use cheats, exploits, automation, software, bots, hacks or any unauthorised third-party software designed to modify or interfere with the Portal, or assist in such activity;

3.1.3.  shall not copy, modify, rent, lease, loan, sell, assign, distribute, reverse engineer, grant a security interest in, or otherwise transfer any right to the technology or software underlying the Portal;

3.1.4.  shall not, without Tiron’s express written consent, modify or cause to be modified any files or software that are part of the Portal;

3.1.5.  shall not disrupt, overburden, or aid or assist in the disruption or overburdening of any computer or server used to offer or support the Portal (each a “Server”);

3.1.6.  shall use Tiron’s bulletin board services, chat areas, news groups, forums, communities and/or message or communication facilities only to send and receive messages and material that are proper and related to that particular forum; and

3.1.7.  shall not attempt to gain unauthorised access to other User information, Servers or networks connected to Portal, including but not limited to, by circumventing or modifying, attempting to circumvent or modify, or encouraging or assisting any other person to circumvent or modify, any security, technology, device, or software that underlies or is part of the Portal.

 

3.2.  Without limiting the foregoing, the Users agree not to use the Portal for any of the following:

3.2.1.  to engage in any unlawful, harmful, abusive, racially or ethnically offensive, defamatory, infringing, anti-national, invasive of personal privacy or publicity rights, harassing, humiliating to other people (publicly or otherwise), libelous, threatening, profane, or otherwise objectionable or abusive action or communication;

3.2.2.  to harass, stalk, threaten, or otherwise violate any legal rights of other Users or individuals;

3.2.3.  to publish, post, upload, e-mail, distribute, or disseminate (collectively, “Transmit”) any content that is obscene, pornographic, pedophilic, invasive of another’s privacy including bodily privacy, insulting or harassing on the basis of gender, racially or ethnically objectionable, relating or encouraging money laundering or gambling, or an online game that causes user harm, or promoting enmity between different groups on the grounds of religion or caste with the intent to incite violence;

3.2.4.  to Transmit files that contain viruses, corrupted files, or any other similar software or programs that may damage or adversely affect the operation of another person’s computer, Portal, any software, hardware, or telecommunications equipment;

3.2.5.  to advertise, offer or sell any goods or services for any commercial purpose on the Portal, without the express written consent of Tiron;

3.2.6.  to Transmit content regarding services, products, surveys, games, pyramid schemes, spam, unsolicited advertising or promotional materials, or chain letters;

3.2.7.  to download any file, recompile or disassemble or otherwise affect the Portal, that the User knows or should reasonably know cannot be legally obtained in such manner;

3.2.8.  to falsify or delete any author attributions, legal or other proper notices or proprietary designations or labels of the origin or the source of software or other material;

3.2.9.  to restrict or inhibit any other User from using and enjoying any public area within the Portal;

3.2.10.   to collect or store personal information about other Users;

3.2.11.   to interfere with or disrupt the Portal, Servers, or networks;

3.2.12.   to impersonate any person or entity, including, but not limited to, a representative of Tiron, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity;

3.2.13.   to forge headers or manipulate identifiers or other data in order to disguise the origin of any content transmitted through the Portal or to manipulate such User’s presence on the Portal;

3.2.14.   to take any action that imposes an unreasonably or disproportionately large load on Tiron’s Servers;

3.2.15.   to take any action that threatens the unity, integrity, defence, security or sovereignty of India, friendly relations with foreign States, or public order, or causes incitement to the commission of any cognisable offence, or prevents investigation of any offence, or is insulting other nation or

3.2.16.   to engage in any illegal activities.

 

3.3.  The Users shall at all times ensure full compliance with the applicable provisions, as amended from time to time, of (a) the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules thereunder; and (b) all applicable domestic laws, rules and regulations regarding the use of the Portal.

 3.4.  The Users understand that their content, may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. The Users understand and acknowledge that the use of the Portal requires internet connectivity and telecommunication links. The Users shall bear the costs incurred to access and use the Portal.

3.5.  The Users hereby represent and warrant that:

 3.5.1.  they are competent to contract in terms of the Indian Contract Act, 1872;

3.5.2.  they have not been disqualified, suspended or removed by Tiron on the Portal;

3.5.3.  they have the right, authority and capacity to be bound the Terms and Conditions;

3.5.4.  they have not impersonated any person or entity or otherwise mispresented their identity, age or affiliation to any person or entity; and

3.5.5.  all information submitted by the Users is truthful, lawful and accurate, including but not limited to information provided to Tiron.

 

4.      Intellectual Property

4.1.  The Portal includes a combination of content created by Tiron, our partners, licensors and associates . The intellectual property rights (the “Intellectual Property Rights”) in every software underlying the Portal and the material published on the Portal, including (but not limited to) software, advertisements, written content, photographs, graphics, images, illustrations, marks, logos, audio or video clippings and flash animation, is owned by Tiron, our partners, licensors and/or associates. Users shall not modify, publish, transmit, participate in the transfer or sale of, reproduce, create derivative works of, distribute, publicly perform, publicly display, or in any way exploit any of the materials or content on the Portal either in whole or in part without our express written consent. 

4.2.  All names, logos, marks, labels, trademarks, copyrights or intellectual and proprietary rights on the Portal belonging to any person, entity or third party are recognised as proprietary to the respective owners and any claims, controversy or issues against these names, logos, marks, labels, trademarks, copyrights or intellectual and proprietary rights must be directly addressed to the respective parties thereof.

4.3.  The Users will not refer to or attribute any content available on the Portal to Tiron or its affiliates or licensors in any public medium (e.g., press release, websites) for advertising or promotion purposes or for the purpose of informing or influencing any third party, and will not use or reproduce any intellectual property of, or imply any endorsement by or relationship with, Tiron or its affiliates or licensors.

 

5.      Third Party Sites, Services and Products

5.1.  The Portal may contain links to other internet sites owned and operated by third parties. The Users’ use of each of those sites is subject to the conditions, if any, posted by the respective sites. Tiron do not exercise control over any internet sites apart from the Portal and cannot be held responsible for any content residing in any third party internet site, whatsoever. The inclusion of third-party content or links to third-party internet sites is not an endorsement by Tiron of such third-party internet site or the contents therein.

5.2.  User correspondence, transactions or related activities with third parties, including payment providers and verification service providers, are solely between the User and such third party. Further, User correspondence, transactions and usage of the services of such third party shall be subject to the terms and conditions, policies and other service terms adopted/implemented by such third party, and the User shall be solely responsible for reviewing the same, prior to transacting or availing of the services of such third party. The Users agree that Tiron shall not be responsible or liable for any loss or damage of any sort, incurred as a result of any such transactions with third parties. Any questions, complaints, or claims related to any third-party product or service should be directed to the appropriate vendor.

 

6.      Notices of Infringement

Tiron prohibits the posting of any content that infringes or violates the copyright rights and/or other intellectual property rights (including rights of privacy and publicity) of any person or entity. If you believe that your intellectual property right (or such a right that you are responsible for enforcing) is infringed by any content on the Portal, please write to Tiron at the address shown below, giving a written statement that contains: (a) identification of the copyrighted work and/or intellectual property right claimed to have been infringed; (b) identification of the allegedly infringing material on the Portal that is requested to be removed; (c) your name, address, and daytime telephone number, and an e-mail address if available; (d) a statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the copyrighted work and/or exercise of the intellectual property right is not authorized by the owner, its agent, or the law; (e) a statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and, under penalty of perjury, that the signatory is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the right that is allegedly infringed; and (f) the signature of the intellectual property right owner or someone authorized on the owner's behalf to assert infringement of the right. Tiron will remove any posted content that infringes the copyright or other intellectual property right of any person under the laws of India upon receipt of such a statement.

 

7.      Prohibited Conduct

7.1. While using the Portal, the User shall not do any of the following:

7.1.1.  use the Portal for any commercial purpose or otherwise use the Portal for processing data or other information on behalf of any third party;

7.1.2.  interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Portal or the servers or networks used to make the Portal available, including by hacking or defacing any portion of any of the Portal; or violate any requirement, procedure or policy of such servers or networks;

7.1.3.  use the Portal for any purpose that is fraudulent or otherwise tortious or unlawful;

7.1.4.  systematically download and store Portal’s content;

7.1.5.  frame or mirror any portion of the Portal, or otherwise incorporate any portion of the Portal into any product or service, without Tiron’s express prior written consent;

7.1.6.  create or share content without first obtaining any necessary permissions from third parties or otherwise use the Portal to post or transmit any information that you do not have the right to provide that would violate any applicable law or regulation or that would violate, infringe or misappropriate any third party right or interest;

7.1.7.  reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble any portion of any of the Portal, except where such restriction is expressly prohibited by applicable law; or

7.1.8.  post, transmit or otherwise make available through the Portal any materials that are or may be potentially harmful or invasive or intended to damage or hijack the operation of, or to monitor the use of, any hardware, software or equipment, such as a virus, worm, Trojan horse, Easter Egg, time bomb, spyware or other computer code, file or program.

 

8.      Accuracy, Completeness and Timeliness of Information 

8.1.  Tiron is not responsible for any inaccuracy, incompleteness or outdated information made available on the Portal, either provided by the Users or otherwise. The material on the Portal is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon or used as the sole basis for making decisions without consulting primary, more accurate, more complete or more timely sources of information. The Users agree that Tiron does not own any responsibility or obligation whatsoever towards either ensuring the accuracy of the information provided by the Users. Any reliance on the material on the Portal is at the Users’ own risk. 

8.2.  The Portal may contain certain historical information. Historical information, necessarily, is not current and is provided for the Users’ reference only. Tiron reserves the right to modify the contents of the Portal at any time, but has no obligation to update any information on the Portal. The Users agree that it is their responsibility to monitor changes to the Portal. 

8.3.  Occasionally there may be information on the Portal that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to information pertaining to the Products, pricing, promotions, offers, etc. Tiron reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information if any information on the Portal is inaccurate at any time without prior notice.

8.4.  Tiron undertakes no obligation to update, amend or clarify information in the Portal, including without limitation, financial information, except as required by law. No specified update or refresh date applied to the Portal should be taken to indicate that all information on the Portal or pertaining to the Products have been modified or updated.

 

9.      Release and Indemnification 

9.1.  Users shall access the Portal voluntarily and at their own risk. Tiron shall, under no circumstances be held responsible or liable on account of any loss or damage sustained by Users or any other person or entity during the course of access to the Portal.

9.2.  The User hereby indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Tiron and all of its predecessors, successors, parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, shareholders, investors, employees, agents, representatives, and attorneys and their respective heirs, successors, and assigns (the “Tiron Indemnified Parties”) from and against any and all liability, expenses, costs, or other losses (the “Losses”) incurred by Tiron and/or Tiron Indemnified Parties in connection to any claims arising out of your use of the Portal and/or any breach by you of these Terms and Conditions, including the representations, warranties and covenants you made, if any, by agreeing to these Term and Conditions. Tiron reserves the right to assume, at its own expense, the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by the User.

 

10.   Disclaimers

10.1.   To the extent permitted under law, neither Tiron nor its parent/holding company, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, professional advisors, employees shall be responsible for the deletion, the failure to store, the mis-delivery, or the untimely delivery of any information or material.

10.2.   To the extent permitted under law, Tiron shall not be responsible for any harm resulting from downloading or accessing any information or material or the quality of Servers. Tiron disclaims any responsibility for any inaccessibility that is caused by Tiron’s maintenance on the Servers or the technology that underlies the Portal, failures of Tiron’s service providers (including telecommunications, hosting, and power providers), computer viruses, natural disasters or other destruction or damage of Tiron’s facilities, acts of nature, war, civil disturbance, or any other cause beyond Tiron’s reasonable control. Additionally, Tiron does not provide any warranty as to the content on the Portal, with such content distributed on an “as is, as available” basis.

10.3.   Any material accessed, downloaded or otherwise obtained through Tiron is done at the User’s discretion, competence, acceptance and risk, and the User will be solely responsible for any potential damage to User’s computer system or loss of data that results from a User’s download of any such material.

10.4.   Tiron shall make best endeavors to ensure that the Portal is error-free and secure, however, neither Tiron nor any of its partners, licensors or associates makes any warranty that:

10.4.1.   the Portal or Products will meet Users’ requirements;

10.4.2.   it will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error free;

10.4.3.   the results that may be obtained from the use of Portal will be accurate or reliable; and

10.4.4.   the quality of any information obtained through the Portal will meet the Users’ expectations.

 

10.5.   To the extent permitted under law, neither Tiron nor its partners, licensors or associates shall be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use of or inability to use the Portal, even if Tiron has been advised of the possibility of such damages. If the above liability exclusion is held invalid for any reason, and if Tiron, or our affiliates, agents, directors, employees, and officers become liable for loss or damage, our aggregated liability will not exceed INR 5000/- (Rupees Five Thousand only) under any circumstances.

 

11.    Product Usage Conditions and Disclaimers

11.1.   Tiron disclaims all liability with respect to the Products that are not used in the manner intended. Please refer to your specific Product documentation regarding usage instructions, restrictions and disclaimers. Generally, Tiron disclaims all liability arising from: 

11.1.1.   Natural wear and tear;

11.1.2.   Physical damage caused by the customer due to improper use or handling, unauthorised modifications/repairs, repairs done by unauthorised persons, use of product/system with equipment not approved by Tiron;

11.1.3.   Acts of God, lightning, electricity surges / abnormal voltage, damage during transit to and from customer’s residence subsequent to the initial delivery of the Product;

11.1.4.   Using the Product is a manner that is not in accordance with its instructions or specific recommendations;

11.1.5.   Use of parts, peripherals or software not recommended Tiron;

11.1.6.   Operation of the Product by children or other persons that have not been informed by the Customer about the Product usage conditions; and

11.1.7.   Any other circumstances that are contradictory or not specifically contemplated within the intended use case of the Product.

11.2.   AI Disclaimers: With respect to Products that use artificial intelligence and machine learning, please note that such features are under constant development to make them accurate, reliable, safe, and beneficial. However, given the probabilistic nature of the same, it may result in unpredictable behavior, learning-based modifications and other unanticipated outcomes. Tiron specifically disclaims all liability that arise from such actions. Users should reach out to Tiron’s customer care in those circumstances.

In no event shall Tiron’s liability exceed the retail price of the Product with respect to which a warranty claim is submitted. 13.   Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

13.1.   The parties agree that these Terms and Conditions shall be construed in accordance with the laws of India. 

13.2.   Notwithstanding the provisions of Clause 13.4, the courts of Chennai, India  shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any Disputes (defined below) arising between the parties hereunder. 

13.3.   The parties shall attempt to amicably settle any dispute arising out of these Terms and Conditions and the obligations thereunder (each a “Dispute”). Either party may give written notice of a Dispute to the other party within three (3) days of the occurrence of the event which gives rise to such Dispute or the day that such event came to the notice of the applicable party.

13.4.   If any Dispute arising between the parties is not amicably settled within ten (10) days of commencement of amicable attempts to settle the same as provided above, the Dispute shall be referred to, and be finally settled by, arbitration. The parties agree that the arbitration proceedings will be conducted at Chennai  and shall be governed by the provisions of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, or any statutory modification or re-enactment thereof for the time being in force. The parties agree that the Dispute shall be adjudicated by a single arbitrator appointed by Tiron. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on the parties.

13.5.   Notwithstanding anything contained in this Clause, Tiron may seek and obtain interim or permanent equitable or injunctive relief, or any other relief available to safeguard Tiron’s interest prior to, during or following the filing of arbitration proceedings or pending the execution of a decision or award in connection with any arbitration proceedings from any court having jurisdiction to grant the same. The pursuit of equitable or injunctive relief shall not constitute a waiver on the part of Tiron to pursue any remedy for monetary damages through the arbitration described herein.

 

14.   Severability

14.1.   In the event that any provision of these Terms and Conditions is determined to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed to be severed from these Terms and Conditions, such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.

 

15.   Termination 

15.1.   These Terms and Conditions are effective unless and until terminated by either Tiron or the Users. The Users may terminate these Terms and Conditions at any time by notifying Tiron that they no longer wish to use the Portal or when they cease using the Portal.

15.2.   If in Tiron’s sole judgment the Users fail, or they suspect that the Users have failed, to comply with any term or provision of these Terms and Conditions, Tiron may also terminate their access to the Portal at any time without notice and the Users will remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination; and/or accordingly may deny the Users access to the Portal (or any part thereof).

 

16.   Entire Agreement 

16.1.   These Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy, and all other additional or modified terms and conditions and policies in relation to the Portal or any current or future Products or services that may be offered by on a continuing basis that are posted by Tiron on the Portal constitute the entire agreement and understanding between the Users and Tiron with respect to the Portal, and supersede any prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between the Users and Tiron (including, but not limited to, any prior versions of the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy).

16.2.   Any ambiguities in the interpretation of these Terms and Conditions shall not be construed against the drafting party.

 

17.   Force Majeure

Tiron shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform resulting from causes outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to any failure to perform due to unforeseen circumstances or cause beyond Tiron’s control such as acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, network infrastructure failures, strikes, or shortages of transportation facilities, fuel, energy, labor or materials.

 

18.   Waiver

The failure of Tiron to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms of Service shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
