We ship through our authorised delivery partners. We service all over India and currently do not offer international shipping.
2. Processing Time and Shipping Time line
We take processing time of 1 - 2 days to get your product ready for delivery and depending on your pincode the shipping might take 7 - 10 business days.
3. What are my shipping options/fees?
Free Shipping
We offer free shipping on all orders above ₹20,000.
Shipping Fees
For orders below ₹20,000, the following shipping rates apply:
- ₹0 – ₹10,000: Shipping fee of ₹200
- ₹10,001 – ₹20,000: Shipping fee of ₹300
All delivery timelines (up to 7-10 days) provided are estimates and given in good faith. Actual delivery time may vary.
4. Do we offer International Shipping?
Currently, we do not offer international shipping. Our services are available only within India.

6. What to do if my order is delayed?
In the event of any delay in the delivery of your order, our team will reach out to you with an update and a revised estimated delivery date.
7. How do I return the product?
For any queries related to returns and replacements, kindly refer to our Return & Replacement Policy.
8. What do we do in case of undeliverable packages?
Undeliverable packages will be cancelled and returned to us. You will receive a refund of the order value after a deduction of the delivery charges up to Rs 400 on certain orders.
